Talent Acquisition Operations Advisor
The Team
KPMG Business Services (KBS) plays a pivotal role in supporting the overall business strategy. In order to do this we are continually reviewing the way we recruit, develop and reward the people that work for KPMG to make sure that we attract and retain the very best and most diverse talent in the market place and enable them to achieve extraordinary things for our clients.
The TA Operations Team is a team of highly specialist TA managers and consultants, responsible for recruiting diverse talent into KPMG. This role supports recruitment by providing support to the TA team, candidates, employees and hiring managers around the use of our recruitment system (Success Factors)
The Role
You will be working with our Talent Acquisition teams alongside other KBS teams to provide HR administrative support for the Success Factors recruitment system
Day to day responsibilities include:
Act as a superuser for the SF recruitment system, providing advice and guidance to Talent Acquisition team members.
Act as first point of contact for candidates (external and internal) our recruitment team and other parties as required to resolve system issues.
Work closely with ServiceNow system advisor to resolve issues impact the end-to-end solution.
Review and manage change control requests in collaboration with TA leadership and the People Systems team, using the existing Change Management Process
Collaborate and communicate with system owners, People Systems, and 3rd parties to ensure prompt resolution of level 2,3, & 4 issues.
Document and maintain policies, standard operating procedures and training materials to ensure they reflect latest system configuration.
Work closely with business users to fully understand user functionality, pain points, and areas of improvement.
Work with the appropriate teams in the Technology organisation to ensure awareness of wider technology issues impacting the recruitment solution.
The Person
The successful candidate is likely to have/be able to demonstrate:
Experience of working with an ATS: ideally Success Factors RCM/RMK and ServiceNow
Experience of working with a case management or ticketing system
Experience in providing customer support for system usage
Ability to build relationships and communicate with people at all levels, including influencing and negotiation skills
High levels of resilience, with experience of working in a highly pressurised client centric environment and working autonomously to prioritise workloads
Excellent analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail
A pragmatic approach to issue resolution and willingness to take ownership of support tasks and see them through to completion.
Strong organisational, literacy and communication skills
