We’re now looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the delivery of Talent Acquisition services. You’ll work closely with the senior leadership team to understand the business growth strategy, team culture and key points of differentiation to help you form and deliver strategy and solutions to attract the best talent in the market.

Depending on your experience, areas of interest and passion, the divisional portfolio you would lead could be one of the following:

• Technology & Digital
• Business Services (Internal Corporate Teams)
• Innovation, Solutions & Ventures

Your Opportunity

You’ll join a team of experienced Talent Acquisition specialists and your new role will see you:

• Taking an active role in the TA Leadership team and continual development of the TA function
• Managing key stakeholder relationships and aligning TA strategy to business goals and emerging developments
• Becoming senior leaders’ trusted advisor and coach – you’ll build strong relationships to understand their business and their teams’ immediate and future needs
• Providing direction and inspiration to your team to deliver innovative sourcing campaigns using multi-channel approaches in market
• Managing positive relationships with external bodies, industry groups, forums and events to advance profile and reputation of KPMG

• You’re a true TA professional at heart and you’ve built a wealth of experience in either agency, RPO and/or in-house roles
• You’ll have already had good exposure to coaching, developing and managing small teams – you love being able to help people grow and achieve great results by teamwork
• It would be great (but not essential) if you have experience managing tech and digital vacancies, but experience across broader business professional disciplines is also terrific
• You’re a natural networker who is genuinely interested in people and finding out what’s important to them
• You’re particularly skilled at working with senior stakeholders
• You can think strategically and enjoy experimenting and testing out new ideas
• You believe in providing excellent service, taking accountability and getting the best results by having a plan and a structured approach
