Your Opportunity
Working as an Assistant Company Secretary within our National Corporate Secretarial function. You will report to and support the Company Secretary and Directors of KPMG statutory entities by ensuring board processes and procedures are organised efficiently and effectively and that all corporate governance responsibilities are appropriately discharged.
You will work closely with the Company Secretary, COO-CFO and a further broad range of senior stakeholders to assist in managing operational governance matters across the firm.
