We are hiring highly self motivated individual that wants to help seniors with their Medicare Insurance and individuals who are represented under a group plan. Medicare experience is desired but not required. Excellent phone skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and program comprehension. Comply with insurance standards and regulations including HIPPA. Ability to comprehend and clearly articulate product knowledge from various Healthcare Insurance Plans to prospective members/callers. Adhere to all position-specific administrative policies, including but not limited to confidentialtity, non-disclosure, and program-specific material usage. Must have the ability to follow-up, while have a self-motivated, goal-orientated personality with a high-energy positive approach to sales. Enjoys working in a fast past office setting. Health and life license is not required to apply but desired once employed. This is a full time position, with a very competitive salary, and benefit package.
