Kottke Trucking, a privately held, family-owned truckload carrier specializing in reefer (temperature controlled) and dry freight services, is looking for a Part – Time Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk to join our team.

Position Overview

Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk will be responsible for preparation and pay of invoices as well as the daily contact for Accounts Receivable in the processing and collection of funds.

Essential Job Functions

• Transferring secure data via ACH
• Conducting daily deposits
• Reviewing Account Status to identify late paying customers
• Make collection calls
• Accounts Payable for True Blue Supply Chain Management (freight brokerage)

Non-essential Job Functions

• Back up in billing for coverage
• Document imaging backup for coverage
