Koscom Cable, Inc Hiring for Cable Technician Recruiter at Seattle, WA Full Time

The Local Recruiter will research and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract adiverse pool of qualified Cable Technicians. Collaborate with Recruitment Manager to identify the most effective methods of attracting candidates. Cooperate with Operations regarding the needs of the organization.

• Develop local plans to achieve recruitment targets in the area
• Identifies appropriate candidates and assesses their qualifications through review of their resumes, interviews, and other forms of communications.
• Create a talent mapping process and build a viable candidate pool
• Visit the area, meet and greet the applicants and address local concerns
• Posts hiring through social media (local accounts), flyers, tarpaulins and other recruitment materials needed
• Maintains contact with technicians to keep them apprised of the status of their applications.
• Participate in discussion and Operations concerns to address technicians’ issues and concerns
• Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
• Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
• Assist in building a supportive culture and happy environment
• Performs other duties as assigned the immediate superior
