About the role
This is an exciting new opportunity to join the Korn Ferry RPO team and work for a new client Colonial First State, a leader in their field CFS have been helping Australians with investment, superannuation and retirement needs since 1988. With a passion for high performance, service innovation this role is an opportunity to truly have an impact on this greenfield solution.
About you
We are seeking a Senior Sourcing Consultant to join this new RPO solution, this hybrid role will see you work collaboratively based on-site with the Recruitment Business Partners to set sourcing strategies and deliver top quality talent to our clients, you will form a key part of our professional sourcing team responsible for sourcing candidates for this RPO client.
As a seasoned recruiter, your key focus will be to attract high quality candidates using bespoke, fit-for-purpose sourcing strategies. This will be driven through a range of methods with a high focus on proactive approaching candidates through external databases, new AI technology and tapping into your broadening network. You will also use advertising and channel optimization to bolster your shortlists. Then working closely with the Recruitment Partner, you will prepare a shortlist for the Hiring Manager, offering market insights to support your work.
Showcasing your recruitment and talent sourcing experience – whether it’s from an agency, in-house or another RPO – you’ll be able to leverage your knowledge and tap into the passive candidate market. In this fast-paced and varied role you’ll utilise your strong organisational skills to stay on-top of deadlines and use your communication skills to keep all of your stakeholders informed along the way.
