Korn Ferry RPO has partnered with Westpac Banking Corporation to manage their talent acquisition function for all Permanent and FTC recruitment nationally. The RPO Talent Acquisition solution is the largest in Australia, with teams located across Sydney and Melbourne.

As this team continues to grow, we have new opportunities for Talent Acquisition Specialists across various teams including: IT / Technology, Risk and Retail.

Using a consultative approach, you will provide expert recruitment advice to the business to lead positive outcomes. Your influencing skills will drive your client relationships as you build and support workforce planning initiatives. Working in partnership with a centralised talent sourcing function, this client management role will see you provide exceptional recruitment advice to deliver top talent to the organisation.

We have permanent opportunities, and open to either Sydney or Melbourne based candidates as we offer the flexibility to work from home, our client site or Korn Ferry’s CBD offices.


About you

You will be a talent acquisition professional, with demonstrated experience recruiting across busy dynamic organisations as you manage the recruitment lifecycle.

We are looking for individuals with previous recruitment experience within:

  • volume and project/bulk campaign recruitment and consumer based industries
  • technical expertise within risk, Institutional banking and systems
  • Risk – both 1st line risk, financial crime and IT Risk,
  • Corporate affairs and remediation
  • Fin tech, technical systems and IT

As the Talent Acquisition Specialist you will:

  • Demonstrate strong capability partnering with stakeholders and taking initiative
  • Have a strong consultative nature and customer centric approach
  • Be resilient, enjoy ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced agile environment
  • Be a brand ambassador and deliver a superior candidate and client experience
  • Have the ability to follow process and maintain the highest levels of confidentiality
