Korn Ferry RPO has partnered with Westpac Banking Corporation to manage their talent acquisition function for all Permanent and FTC recruitment nationally. The RPO Talent Acquisition solution is the largest in Australia, with teams located across Sydney and Melbourne.
We now have an opportunity within our Transformation team where you will be managing the recruitment of non-technical PMO services across the Group. Role types may include Project Managers, Business Analysts, Change Managers, Program Managers, Transformation Managers, Project Coordinators and the like.
As the TA Specialist you be supported by our Talent Sourcing Specialists, Coordination team and Leaders to deliver top talent to the organisation.
This is a permanent opportunity and open to either Sydney or Melbourne based candidates, with the flexibility to work from home, our client site or Korn Ferry’s CBD offices.
Experience
You will be a talent acquisition professional, with demonstrated experience recruiting across busy dynamic organisations as you manage the recruitment lifecycle. Experience recruiting within projects services and transformation, will be highly regarded.
You will be process and compliance driven, as well as customer centric delivering a positive experience to candidates and clients alike.
