What’s on offer

Korn Ferry RPO has partnered with Westpac Banking Corporation to manage their talent acquisition function for all Permanent and FTC recruitment nationally. The RPO Talent Acquisition solution is the largest in Australia, with teams located across Sydney and Melbourne.

We now have exciting new opportunities for Talent Acquisition Specialists, within our IT and Technology team. These roles will support:

  • IT Risk, Financial Crime and Business Controls and Monitoring
  • Service Management – supporting roles across internal systems, including Ops Managers, Dev Ops, Infrastructure, Service Desk etc.

As the TA Specialist you be supported by our Talent Sourcing Specialists, Coordination team and Leaders to deliver top talent to the organisation. This is an exciting chance to be part of a team that is driving the transformational and simplification agenda of the bank. There is a real opportunity to get involved in key initiatives and projects, as the team lead key hiring programmes including the roll out new products, platforms, projects and services.

This is a permanent opportunity based in Sydney, with the flexibility to work from home, our client site or Korn Ferry’s CBD offices.


About you

You will be a talent acquisition professional, with demonstrated experience recruiting across busy dynamic organisations as you manage the recruitment lifecycle.

You will bring with you your previous IT & Technology recruitment experience, ideally within risk, banking, financial or technology companies. You will be process and compliance driven, as well as customer centric delivering a positive experience to candidates and clients alike.

As the Talent Acquisition Specialist you will:

  • Demonstrate strong capability partnering with stakeholders and taking initiative
  • Have a strong consultative nature and customer centric approach
  • Be resilient, enjoy ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced agile environment
  • Be a brand ambassador and deliver a superior candidate and client experience
  • Maintain the highest levels of confidentiality

While you will take responsibility for your own portfolio and business line, you will be a team player and foster a collaborative environment.
