The Role
Our Recruiters build and optimize client relationships through excellence in recruitment process delivery including sourcing, screening and assessing candidates, while helping guide our clients through the recruitment process.
This may be in an on-site or off-site environment, depending on the business needs. As a Recruiter you will focus on being a true business partner, providing high-touch relationship management, customer focus and responsiveness in both client and candidate facing activities.
You will consultatively manage the end to end recruitment process and will become a trusted advisor on recruitment related activities. You will also be the subject matter expert around applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methodologies and recruitment process effectiveness.
