Job description
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to work within our growing RPO team to support our client Microsoft – a global leader within the Information Technology space.
Working as part of our professional global team of recruitment specialists, you will support our client with its growth and talent management strategy by attracting and presenting exceptional candidates for a range of permanent UK-based roles within their verticals.
We are looking for someone to build long-term client relationships by implementing best practice right across the recruitment lifecycle – from screening and assessment through to sourcing methodologies and candidate relationship management.
Take ownership of the recruitment life-cycle for a number of key and high profile business areas, with a strong focus on direct sourcing
- Build strong relationships with client senior business managers and divisional stakeholders such as HR to understand the recruitment needs and requirements
- Discuss relevant recruitment strategies with hiring managers and impart market insight on industry trends and best attraction methodologies
- Utilise all available direct sourcing tools to ensure a quality candidate pipeline
- Pro-actively source candidates and build candidate talent pools
- Be a ‘recruitment best practice’ champion into the business
- Support the overall service delivery targets
- Expert knowledge of applicant tracking systems, effective candidate sourcing methodologies and recruitment process management.
- Great communicator and able build quality relationships with your clients, candidates and across the business!
