We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to work within our growing RPO team to support our client Microsoft – a global leader within the Information Technology space.
Working as part of our professional global team of recruitment specialists, you will support our client with its growth and talent management strategy by attracting and presenting exceptional candidates for a range of permanent UK-based roles within their verticals.
We are looking for someone to build long-term client relationships by implementing best practice right across the recruitment lifecycle – from screening and assessment through to sourcing methodologies and candidate relationship management.
Take ownership of the recruitment life-cycle for a number of key and high profile business areas, with a strong focus on direct sourcing
