Your impact
We have a unique opportunity for a talented and energetic Talent Acquisition partner based onsite with our client BD Medical at the Head Office in Macquarie Park. Working in true partnership with the client this role will provide expert recruitment advice and support to key stakeholders to deliver a top hiring experience. You will embed yourself in the business and support outcomes with overall accountability for the delivery of recruitment outcomes Nationally.
About you
You will be a skilled recruiter who has delivered talent acquisition across fast-paced, dynamic organisations, ideally experience within the medical device or similar industry but not essential. Proactive and solutions-focused, with the autonomy befitting a sole recruiter representing Korn Ferry and BD Medical for the region, you will manage the recruitment lifecycle with professionalism and pace. In addition, you will:
- Demonstrate strong capability in partnering with stakeholders and taking initiative
- Have a strong consultative nature and customer-centric approach
- Be resilient, enjoy ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced agile environment
- Be a brand ambassador and deliver a superior candidate and client experience
- Have the ability to follow process and maintain the highest levels of confidentiality
