Due to growth and the acquisition of new and exciting RPO solutions we have opportunities for Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialists to join our growing team! As these roles can be performed remotely you can be based anywhere in New South Wales, Victoria or Queensland and we also have a mix of full time and part time roles, so true flexibility is on offer.
Our RPO business acts as the in-house recruitment team for our clients, providing seamless end-to-end recruitment solutions. What a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist role at Korn Ferry looks like
As a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist, you will work collaboratively with the onsite Recruitment Business Partners to set bespoke, fit-for-purpose sourcing strategies and deliver top quality talent to our clients.
This will be driven through a range of methods with a high focus on proactively approaching candidates, creating market maps and insights and tapping into your broadening network. You will also use advertising and channel optimisation to bolster your shortlists. Partnering with the Recruitment Business Partner, you will prepare and offer insights and advice to support the hiring and decision making process.
Some of the other key responsibilities of a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist include:
- The continued development of job specific talent pools
- Creating ad campaigns and sourcing strategies
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Delivery of add-value and continuous improvement initiatives
- Providing support to the wider Korn Ferry team when possible
About You
- Previous recruitment experience is essential – whether it’s from agency, in-house or ideally from an RPO model
- Ability to tap into the passive market using your prior proactive/strategic sourcing experience across multiple souring platforms
- Confidence in liaising with senior internal and external stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
