What’s on offer

This newly created Project Manager opportunity within our Tech Talent Solutions is a key leadership role within this exciting and dynamic green field’s team. Key to your success will be your ability to provide leadership to a newly established team, and partner closely with our key stakeholders and broader client group to ensure positive outcomes.

As the Project Manager supporting our clients you will lead key initiatives, drive transformation and key hiring programs including the roll out new products, platforms and services. This is a fully flexible and agile team with the opportunity to work completely remote from any location!


About You

Recruitment leadership is your expertise, ideally gained within an RPO or In-house team gained across a large scale, complex and dynamic environments. This role will suit a collaborative and coaching leadership style, where you motivate and lead the way. You will be accomplished in building positive relationships with and partnering with senior stakeholders.

Your practical, flexible and understand the big picture and you know intimately how to operationalise the vision. You will be able to prioritise your time to flex between managing structured projects and responding to day-to-day items.
