What’s on offer
We have a number of exciting new positions for Talent Acquisition Partners commencing in 2022! This is due to growth and promotions within our existing clients as well as the implementation of brand new RPO solutions.
We are looking for experienced Recruiters and Talent Acquisition Specialists across:
- Life Sciences, Pharma and medical / health services
- Financial services and Fin Tech
- Technology, IT Services and Engineering
- Corporate Services, Sales and Marketing
The current roles on offer are a mix of end to end, full life cycle management as well as split model solutions with roles in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. With flexibility on offer and hybrid working models and 30+ client solutions with a mix of local, regional and global teams we have a variety of roles to suit your next career move.
As RPO provider, we partner with our clients to take responsibility for their internal recruitment function including the attraction, management and placement of top talent, continuous improvement and best practice initiatives and TA related projects. As the TA Partner, you’ll front-face our recruitment solutions, partner with key stakeholders and hiring managers, influence hiring decisions and deliver value add solutions.
About you
You will be a talent acquisition professional bringing with you your agency, internal or RPO experience. We are open to industry background, including IT, Life Sciences, Corporate Services and Generalist recruitment.
You will be customer centric delivering a positive experience to candidates and clients alike, with strong stakeholder engagement skills. As the TA Partner you take responsibility for recruitment outcomes, with the ability to advise, guide and influence.
As well as this you will:
- Demonstrate strong capability partnering with stakeholders, taking initiative and a strong consultative nature
- Be resilient, be able to manage ambiguity and identify continuous improvement opportunities
- Be a brand ambassador and deliver a superior candidate and client experience
