As RPO provider, we partner with our clients to take responsibility for their internal recruitment function including the attraction, management and placement of top talent, continuous improvement and best practice initiatives and TA related projects. As the TA Partner, you’ll front-face our recruitment solutions, partner with key stakeholders and hiring managers, influence hiring decisions and deliver value add solutions.
About you
You will be a talent acquisition professional bringing with you your agency, internal or RPO experience. We are open to industry background, including IT, Life Sciences, Corporate Services and Generalist recruitment.
You will be customer centric delivering a positive experience to candidates and clients alike, with strong stakeholder engagement skills. As the TA Partner you take responsibility for recruitment outcomes, with the ability to advise, guide and influence.
