We currently have a growth opening for a Generalist Talent Professional to join one of our substantial accounts. The framework of this position is designed to ensure our client has the right talent to deliver their corporate goals and strategies in the mid to long term, both nationally and internationally. We are highly integrated with our Business Partners. This role will allow you to showcase your sourcing and consulting expertise, hybrid work available with one of our global RPO teams. In this highly valued position, you will be responsible for:
- Providing strategic recruitment advice, direction, and positive business outcomes
- Be a true partner – lead, influence and support the employee lifecycle
- Be involved in D&I initiatives, workforce planning and CI programs
- Connect and engage with key stakeholders to develop ongoing trust & credibility
- Assess the market and collate ideas to enhance organizational growth
About You
With a passion for dynamic talent acquisition, you will promote engagement with your hiring managers by championing a successful and memorable recruitment process. You will be involved in the recruitment cycle across a portfolio of interesting roles, which will require dexterity, lateral thinking, enthusiasm, and tailored approaches to stakeholders and candidates.
