Korn Ferry’s RPO partnership with Westpac Banking Corporation supports talent acquisition for all Permanent and FTC recruitment across Westpac Group, within Australia. The RPO Talent Acquisition solution is the largest in Australia, with teams located at Westpac’s state-of the-art Head Office at Barangaroo in Sydney, a purpose-built Westpac Talent Delivery Centre in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD and remotely across Australia.

As this landmark account continues to grow, we have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Westpac Technology recruitment team. This role offers the flexibility to be based anywhere across Australia including remote working or from our client offices in Melbourne or Sydney.
This is an exciting chance to be part of a team that is driving the transformational and simplification agenda of the bank. There is a real opportunity to get involved in key initiatives and projects including DE&I, redeployment and Women in Leadership (WIL) initiatives.
Your consultative approach will accompany your recruitment expertise in Tech, specifically in Software Engineering, Data and Infrastructure. As an expert in your field you will provide guidance, coaching and insights to hiring leaders. Your influencing skills will drive your client relationships as you drive delivery. Working in partnership with a centralised sourcing function, you’ll create an immediate impact with your hiring managers, take accountability and understand that stakeholder engagement is the key to a successful recruitment partnership.
Experience
You will be a seasoned talent acquisition professional, with demonstrated experience recruiting across busy dynamic organisations as you manage the recruitment lifecycle. Previous experience recruiting within IT, technology and transformation will be highly regarded. Specifically, Software Engineering, Infrastructure and Data Platforms.
