Job description
We are looking to find a permanent Graduate / Early Careers Recruiter to join our exceptionally talented Next Generation Talent team in supporting the recruitment needs of our prestigious clients in the Retail, Luxury Goods and Tech Sector based in the UK.
The successful Recruiter will take ownership of the recruitment life cycle for graduates, interns and apprentices and will be expected to:
- Travel to various onsite locations – Paris, Germany, US for meetings and assessment days
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and help formulate recruitment strategy
- Drive campus recruitment planning and execution across key schools and universities
- Source and screen candidates for all “Early Career” roles and conduct first round interviews
- Execute tactical research, referrals and sourcing campaigns to find, identity and engage active and passive candidates
- Organize and attend recruitment events, career fairs etc…
- Participate in offer management and on-boarding activities
- Maintain applicant tracking data and reporting on hiring results and recruitment metrics
- Provide administrative support as needed
The ideal Recruiter will have the following skills:
- Ideally 5 years+ of graduate or early careers recruitment experience in a fast-paced organization
- Fluency in English both written and verbal
- Experience sourcing candidates on various channels including social media
- Ambassador for premium candidate experience through professional recruitment practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic event organisation and logistics
