You will be joining a tight knit, fast paced and professional internal recruitment function who partner directly with a selection of key internal stakeholders in addition to contributing to the iRPO talent attraction strategy and ongoing project opportunities across the APAC region. About you
To be successful in this role you will be a consummate professional, someone who observes strict confidentiality and goes above and beyond to attract new colleagues to the KF business. Your passion for the KF brand will be paramount, as you will be involved in delivering a range of recruitment outcomes including:
- Delivering a superior candidate experience
- Dedicated to Tech Talent Solutions business unit
- Developing and nurturing our talent pooling strategy across the APAC region
- Growth and replacement roles and standing up new solutions.
- Workforce planning and internal mobility involvement
- Strong capability in partnering with key Stakeholders at a variety of levels across the business, taking initiative and a strong consultative nature
- Becoming a market expert in RPO talent acquisition
- New job / solution intakes and managing delivery expectations
- New solution implementation
- Broadly being a part of and supporting the iRPO team
