The Role
We are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support a team of Talent Acquisition professionals with our exciting new client Galderma, who are a Leading Global Dermatology Company. They are extremely innovative, with a science-based portfolio of premium brands across Aesthetics, Consumer Care and Prescription Medicine.
The Recruitment Coordinator is a key member of the recruitment team, responsible for coordination and administrative activities for the hiring process. You will be an ambassador for Korn Ferry, building relationships with both candidates and recruiters.

Key Accountabilities
- Support the administration and coordination of the recruitment activities in terms of assigned projects across EMEA;
- Coordinate all elements of candidate interviews and assessments scheduling: sending meeting invites, managing diaries, booking rooms, arranging Video Conferencing, Skype, and candidate travel and expenses;
- Support with other reasonable administrative activities such as: reporting, printing documentation, preparation of Interview guides, candidate correspondence;
- Track, update and maintain candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) in real time;
- Trouble shooting and highlighting day to day issues to your manager.
Skills & Experience
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Excellent time management, prioritization and organizational skills with attention to details;
- Eagerness to work in a fast-paced environment whilst ensuring a high work standard;
- Ability to analyse substantial amounts of information to diagnose problems and recommend appropriate solutions;
- Previous experience in Recruitment/HR related sectors would also be highly advantageous but not essential;
- Familiarity with MS Office
