We are looking for an experienced Talent Sourcer to work with one of our client Microsoft a global leader within the Information Technology space.

Working as part of our professional global team of recruitment specialists, you will support our client with its growth and talent management strategy by attracting and presenting exceptional candidates for a range of permanent UK-based roles within their verticals.

We are looking for someone to support the team with screening and assessment through to sourcing methodologies and candidate relationship management.

• Take ownership of the recruitment life-cycle for a number of key and high profile business areas, with a strong focus on direct sourcing
• To work closely with the team to produce high quality candidates
• Utilise all available direct sourcing tools to ensure a quality candidate pipeline
• Pro-actively source candidates and build candidate talent pools
• Be a ‘recruitment best practice’ champion into the business
• Support the overall service delivery targets
• Significant experience in recruitment – direct sourcing, screening, assessing/ interviewing.
• Expert knowledge of applicant tracking systems, effective candidate sourcing methodologies and recruitment process management.
• Great communicator and able build quality relationships with your candidates
• Problem solver – you like to get results, find new solutions/ improvement opportunities and keep learning
• Team worker, you like to share knowledge/ experience and collaborate
