Korn Ferry (KF) is looking for an Implementation Consultant to join the KF Talent Acquisition (TA) Delivery Team to focus on the deployment of our technology solutions.
The Implementation Technology Consultant will be responsible for implementing comprehensive Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) technologies into new and existing clients in partnership with broader implementation and operations teams. You would lead end-to-end implementation of KF Recruit and other KF and partner TA technologies, helping clients make decisions around how the technology can support their talent acquisition needs.
As an Implementation Technology Consultant, you will lead consultative engagements with clients on their current state business challenges related to their talent acquisition initiatives. You will also know your way around technology, so you are able to convert plans into real solutions that work, including setup and configuration of KF Recruit and other TA technologies.
The ideal candidate must have previous experience implementing talent acquisition software. This includes delivering full end-to-end deployment cycle including current and future state process discussions, setup and configuration, testing, and go live of TA software.
