Reporting to the Project Manager, the role of the GSK Recruiter is a new role that will be fully aligned to one of our marquee clients – GSK. You will be tasked with identifying the best recruitment talent across the UK and EMEA, so you will be working across a diverse range of markets and hiring managers.
Working in partnership with the Hiring Managers to outline the role brief, timelines, talent availability and carry out sourcing activity to deliver an inclusive and diverse talent pool. This is an excellent opportunity to work a high-performing team where you can add real value to this already successful partnership.
Key Accountabilities
Responsible for the E2E recruitment process from initial role briefing through to offer stage
Build strong partnerships with the business area you support and candidates to drive client and candidate satisfaction
Work with the sourcing team to drive strong recruitment strategies to ensure you have strong talent, with a strong focus on diversity within the shortlist
Utilize all available direct sourcing tools and technology to ensure a quality candidate shortlist/pipeline
Be a ‘recruitment best practice’ champion into the business
Delivering to contractual SLAs and KPIs
Ensuring project documents and engagements are complete and updated in a timely manner
Communicating effectively with the client to identify needs and evaluate alternative recruiting solutions
Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction, driving continuous improvement initiatives
Provide information to Hiring Managers regarding market conditions, candidate availability, salary benchmarks
Skills & Experience
Demonstrated success in a Recruiter capacity having delivered end to end Recruitment for clients
Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to build strong relationships at different levels within an organisation
Experience of working in a complex, matrix organisation is preferred.
Knowledge of Pharma sector a plus
Strong organisation skills, and the ability to delegate, where applicable, certain aspects of the recruitment process i.e. interview scheduling and sourcing
Demonstrated interest and ability to work in a fast-paced service environment
Expert in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring techniques
Effective communication and listening skills
Experience and ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritise different needs and plans to accommodate a broad range of stakeholders and responsibilities
