The role
This is a key role in supporting our Global Account Leader and 4 Regional Directors to deliver robust and continually improving talent acquisition services to our global marquee client (a world leader in communications technology). With a deep understanding of recruitment operations and/or HR service delivery, you will provide an objective voice with both the client and operations leaders to ensure the overall health of the account is continually monitored. You will work across the account to ensure consistency and compliance, and identify early warnings, which will include monitoring and analyzing KPIs, SLAs, contract management adherence, productivity metrics, etc. You will support the leadership team to identify opportunities and the root causes of issues, share findings, help design and deliver improvement plans, and drive to resolution in close collaboration with senior leadership.
