We are looking for an Associate Recruiter who is fluent in English and German to join us in working within our internal recruitment team.
In this talent resourcing position, you will have daily contact with your European colleagues, supporting the recruitment of talented individuals into key locations across EMEA. The purpose of this role is to support the recruiters and hiring managers with effective and timely assignment delivery.
As an Associate Recruiter you will be responsible for gaining a comprehensive understanding of each unique assignment brief, and then approaching the market to map out competitors, making initial approaches to suitable profiles and undertaking early interviewing to qualify them against the assignment requirements.
