KORNFERRY Hiring for EMEA Inhouse Junior Recruiter Job at Remote Full Time

We are looking for an Associate Recruiter who is fluent in English and German to join us in working within our internal recruitment team.

In this talent resourcing position, you will have daily contact with your European colleagues, supporting the recruitment of talented individuals into key locations across EMEA. The purpose of this role is to support the recruiters and hiring managers with effective and timely assignment delivery.

As an Associate Recruiter you will be responsible for gaining a comprehensive understanding of each unique assignment brief, and then approaching the market to map out competitors, making initial approaches to suitable profiles and undertaking early interviewing to qualify them against the assignment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment of top talent for roles across EMEA, using numerous sourcing channels and methodologies
• Executing headhunting, talent sourcing and networking strategies
• Market mapping and creating company target lists
• Creating talent pools as well as pipelining
• Conducting telephone interviews and CV reviews
• Oversee and conduct initial research into target organizations and industry sectors to assist in identifying the top talent for our clients’ mid-level managerial roles
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates during the assignment
• Report writing and preparation of presentations
• Capturing and maintaining accurate market, client and candidate information on the company’s knowledge systems
• Drafting advertisements, and screening advert responses
• Building relationships within the industry to develop our network for gain candidate referrals
• Contributing towards process, career development and training initiatives

To be successful in this position you will have:

• Previous resourcing and/or end-to-end recruitment experience, with knowledge of sourcing best practices
• Fluent level of English and one additional language
• An ability to meet deadlines and goals
• Willingness to take ownership and be held responsible for allocated tasks and projects
• A positive and pro-active attitude
• Highly organised and detail-oriented, able to work in fast paced environment
