The Opportunity
Due to an internal promotion, we currently have a permanent opportunity with one of our newest clients in the allied health space. This position will see you support the recruitment across a portfolio of healthcare roles and set the strategic recruitment direction in conjunction with your Recruitment Partners.
As a Sourcing Specialist, you will work collaboratively with the Recruitment Business Partners to deliver key talent to our client. You will work to identify and present top talent to the business whilst broadening your networks and building solid relationships with key stakeholders and hiring managers.
We are very flexible on where this role can be based – the majority of your time can be working from home.
We are looking for people that:
Have 6-12 months sourcing or recruitment experience- Take pride in their attention to detail, are naturally inquisitive and self-motivated
- Enjoy building strong partnerships to achieve common goals
- Take challenges in their stride and think creatively to find solutions
- Appreciate that things may not always go to plan, are open to change, learn from mistakes and have the resilience to bounce back.
