Your Impact

As a Sourcing Consultant, you will work collaboratively with on-site Recruitment Business Partners to set sourcing strategies and deliver top quality talent to our clients.

In this role you will form a key part of our professional sourcing team and have flexibility to work remotely. You will become an expert in a portfolio of roles across the manufacturing and distribution space and take ownership of attracting high quality candidates, utilising bespoke, fit-for-purpose sourcing strategies. Working closely with your onsite Recruitment Business partner, you’ll work in partnership to present short-lists to the Hiring Managers, offering insights and advice.

Some of the other key responsibilities include

• The continued development of job specific talent pools
• Sourcing for all levels in the industrial space
• Building strong relationships with Recruitment Partners, your sourcing colleagues, and the wider Korn Ferry teams
• Delivery of add-value and continuous improvement initiatives

About You

Showcasing your recruitment and talent sourcing experience – whether it’s from an agency, in-house or another RPO – you’ll be able to leverage your knowledge and tap into the passive candidate market. In this fast-paced and varied role you’ll utilise your strong organisational skills to stay on-top of deadlines and use your communication skills to keep all your stakeholders informed along the way.

Other key success enablers include:

• Previous recruitment experience – exposure to the industrial, manufacturing or engineering space would be a big advantage
• Prior proactive/strategic sourcing experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Confidence to work with senior internal and external stakeholders
