KOREC Group Hiring for Talent Acquisition Specialist Job at Chester, England Full Time

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who like us, understands that it’s great people who make a great company, someone who understands that we’re looking for new colleagues, not new employees.

We’ll need you to differentiate our company from others out there that are also looking to hire great people.

This newly created role of Talent Acquisition Specialist is vital to support our ambitious growth plans for 2022 and onwards. You’ll be part of a small and dynamic team liaising with all stakeholders in the business and working closely with the HR and Marketing Teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source high calibre candidates utilising innovative recruitment techniques, tools and methodologies to maximise direct hires whilst increasing our candidate quality and pipeline
• Partner with stakeholders within the business to understand our requirements and shape our processes to suit
• Work closely with the wider team sharing best practice, knowledge and ideas
• Design, write and post engaging job descriptions and adverts, posts etc. to attract high quality candidates
• Work with existing HR team to enhance candidate management and interview arrangements
• Work with existing HR team to further develop our onboarding practices, continuing to offer a positive candidate experience as they become employees
• Be a visible ambassador for our business to candidates, , attending industry events to engage with potential candidates
• Carry out other duties and tasks as and when required
• Comply with Health and Safety regulations to safeguard the interests of the business, our people and customers

Requirements

• In-house and/or agency recruitment experience
• Proven success of direct sourcing and the ability to adopt creative and innovative ways to build candidate pipelines
• Knowledge and experience of sourcing tools and social media
• Strong stakeholder management experience with the ability to influence at all levels and employ different styles depending on whom you are dealing with
