Korda Manufacturing is a well-established, family owned and operated facility, specializing in the production of top-quality metal pipe and duct products for the HVAC industry for customers throughout the United States. The Human Resource Business Partner is responsible to partner with the Plant Manager in providing high performance plant Human Resource Generalist services.

What are we looking for in the our Human Resource Business Partner role?

• High school diploma or GED with related post-secondary education and/ot certification.
• Human Resource Generalist experience in any combination of Recruitment/Retention, managing 3rd party staffing agency relationships, Payroll processing (ADP WFN preferred), administration of Employee Benefits, Workers Compensation, Family Medical Leave, Performance Management.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail oriented and effective in prioritization and organization of tasks.
• Proficiency in the use of computers and software.
• Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.

How you will make an impact:

The Human Resource Business Partner will work directly to the Director of Human Resources while working with the Plant Manager to ensure both human resource and internal/external customer service needs are met.
