Position Overview:

The Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator role will drive the administration and governance of projects by partnering with all members of the Sales & Project teams (VVMA & AMR) and key functions to enable timely support, coordination, and execution of projects. The role will also focus on business and client inventory coordination for our Global Field Services business. Furthermore, the Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator will also champion Warehouse Management & stocktake audits. This role will also be supporting deliveries and general activities within our onsite repair workshop.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining the warehouse to ensure that it is always in a safe, neat, and organised way.
• Ensure warehouse is coordinated in a way to ensure efficiency.
• Identify and process improvements with Warehouse Management & Maintenance globally.
• Being accountable for the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the warehouse Support and configuring devices, networks & systems for our customers.
• Receiving, processing, and management of all inventory management including stocktaking, adjustments.
• Periodic stocktaking and physical management of inventory.
• Assistance providing on all Inventory Management from global SDO teams.
• Fulfil accessories sales and provide timely feedback to management to reorder inventory when required.
• Taking the initiative to improve overall warehouse processes when required.
• Develop & maintain knowledge base – monitor, track and complete tickets and time logging in internal systems.

Role Specific Capabilities:

• Excellent Inventory Management experience.
• Knowledge of NetSuite Inventory Management processes, desired.
• Knowledge of safe handling of dangerous good – including but not limited to: Lithium Batteries.
• Knowledge of how to pack and label goods for safe transport.
• Inspect, authorize, control and cost the activities and work performance of OEM contractors when needed.
• Liaising with clients, suppliers and sub-contractors in the maintenance and repairs

Highly regarded:

• Experience supporting, configuring, and troubleshooting Honeywell and Zebra Android mobile devices.
• Experience with the use and support of NetSuite and ServiceNow.
