Kootenai Health Hiring for Talent Acquisition Marketing Specialist Full Time

Kootenai Health, located in Coeur d’Alene, ID, is hiring a Talent Acquisition Marketing Specialist!

As part of the Human Resources team this role is responsible for building multi-channel and multi-touch recruitment marketing campaigns, that will resonate with key audiences at all points of their candidate journey. This position is responsible for content creation, recruitment, employer brand development that complements the organizational brand, tracking and analyzing recruitment marketing data. Ensures successful top candidate awareness, attraction and interaction, and overall talent pipeline development. This role will utilize data and industry best practice to differentiate Kootenai Health’s employer brand, manage campaign effectiveness and align resources to drive measurable objectives and results. This position will communicate and collaborate closely with Communications and Marketing department to align organizational messaging, creative and channel approach to recruitment efforts. This position will be on-site.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborates with the Communications and Marketing department, TA team members, and organizational leaders to understand and drive Kootenai Health’s employer brand through content creation, innovative programs, overseeing the careers website and social media platforms
• Designs and executes recruitment marketing campaigns, including but not limited to programmatic (job boards), paid search, paid social, organic social, emails (list rentals and through CRM), geofenced advertising, billboards, job fairs, etc. to bring the employer brand strategy to life
• Builds and tracks internal employee initiatives that promote the employer brand and drive recruitment strategies and results
• Identifies the tactics and platforms that will be most effective in reaching a specified target audience with a focus on identified Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Produces day-to-day content and develops messaging that connects with internal and external audiences, through compelling stories and visuals of position opportunities, culture, and other key topics associated with Kootenai Health recruitment
• Leverages existing and new tools and channels to optimize usage of our applicant tracking systems, CRM, and social channels
• Conducts market research on competitive landscapes, market conditions, talent behavior, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities and challenges and optimize strategies
• Measures and manages full-funnel efficiency metrics and ing that effectively translate strategy into actionable goals and performance objectives
• Monitors job boards and employer review sites and use that knowledge to plan and execute activities for engaging reviewers and increasing feedback scores
• Creates and implements strategies for building a talent network/talent community
• Demonstrates values of the Kootenai Health Way
• Performs other related duties as assigned
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the field
• Regular and predictable attendance is an essential job function
• Competent to meet age-specific needs of the unit assigned

Requirements and Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, communications, marketing, or a related field preferred; two years’ related experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree
• Minimum two years’ experience in building and executing marketing communications strategies across multiple channels for various audiences required in addition to education requirement
• Demonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated experience writing and editing content for web and social media
• Knowledge of web-based navigation and technology preferred
• Knowledge of employer branding strategies preferred
• Project management or recruitment marketing projects experience preferred
• Must have an ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to be adaptable to a dynamic environment, changing priorities and working with multiple customers/clients
• Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to work with and maintain confidential information
• Strong collaboration, customer service, communication and detail oriented approach
