As our first Operations Manager, you will be at the center of building the processes and systems critical to our growth. ing to the COO, you bring a proven ability to proactively anticipate, identify, and analyze while building, maintaining, and implementing systems and processes to increase productivity.

The Business Operations Manager serves as the leader and primary point of contact for our critical business systems and processes affecting day-to-day operations. You will interact with a range of enterprise systems which requires broad business process and systems thinking to ensure our systems are integrated, optimized, and available for our teams.

You’ll establish and grow relationships with the senior leadership team, work collaboratively across functions, and generate organizational business ing. Knowledge of and experience with creating, enabling, documenting, and leading Standard Operating Procedures is a must.

The role is an interesting mix of tactical business strategy, sales, and customer experience support, project management, and a nimble ability to fill in other functions as needed.

Requirements

This is a very hands-on, multitasking role. Experience and scope of responsibilities include:

• System administration for CRM (and others assigned), responsible for maintaining the system; while gathering system requirements, prioritizing, and implementing system updates.
• Create the playbook for our Standard Operating Procedures and best practices.
• Assigned critical business processes to support sales, customer experience, IT Support, finance, and project management functions.
• Review, analyze, and evaluate business operations procedures.
• Implements policies and procedures that will improve day-to-day operations and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee all s and documentation related to business operations.
• Oversee business operations-related projects as appropriate.
• Assist product managers with the planning, evaluation, and implementation of functionality and features for the portfolio.

Knowledge and Experience

• 3 + years of business experience
• Extensive exposure to CRM software (Salesforce), ticketing systems, MS Excel (or Google Sheets), and Business Intelligence tools,)
• Ability to understand high-level sales strategies, translate them into system and process requirements, and manage the system configuration
• Business systems experience– developing, implementing, and improving product and service delivery
• Love of learning and a continuous improvement mindset– proven track record of developing and refining processes to meet the team goals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $84,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
