Konnect, LLC Hiring for Recruiter at Remote Full Time

As a recruiting intern at Konnect Services LLC your duties will include, but are not limited to assisting the Human Resources department throughout the recruiting process, identification of potential candidates, and support during the on-boarding procedures.

Provide employment and job coaching to under-served communities or those who are seeking career or employment changes.

Responsible for reviewing job descriptions with the supervisor to define position requirements.

Review resumes, focusing on skills that align with the requirements needed.

Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, verifying references, schedules qualified applicants with appropriate supervisor.

Coordinates initial interviews for applicants and sets appointments for new hires to complete the on-boarding process.

Reviews and verifies all paperwork provided by new hires, then filing it into the appropriate systems.

Comfortable communicating with a supervisor and providing them with necessary information.

Pay: $50.00 – $500.00 per month
