Requirements for this Principal Structural Engineer position include;

• The ability to find design solutions whilst leading projects that breathe new life and value into communities.
• Being a mentor and providing technical guidance and support to the team when required.
• BEng/MEng Civil or Structural Engineering degree
• Chartered engineer status with ISTRUCTE/ICE or equivalent
• Experience with AutoCAD and Tekla or equivalent
• Someone who takes pride in their work and supports their team
• Structural design experience and structural analysis skills in all common structural materials including steel, concrete, timber, and masonry
• All the other usual communication and presentation skills will be important as you will be representing the company while directly liaising with clients and helping to grow the business.

The salary offered will depend on experience, but £46,000 – £56,000 is a good guide.
