Our Digital Marketing Specialist is an important role where you will implement and measure the strategy behind our communication channels and the effectiveness of our digital funnel.

KOMPAN is searching for a data-driven and digital marketer to orchestrate and deploy web and interactive demand generation marketing activities and integrated campaigns to increase lead generation, awareness and engagement across all digital channels. This includes email marketing, AdWords, Google Analytics, all SEO and SEM efforts, display ads (including social) and direct mail. The successful candidate will own the digital funnel including website content, landing pages and integration with CRM. This includes the ability to manage data, establish targeting strategies based on segmentation and predictive analytics and evaluate trends over time. Analytical and collaborative in nature, he or she should be comfortable with planning through project management to design, implement and manage marketing automation tools, templates and ing.

Responsibilities include:

• Integrated campaign management, including list management.
• Alignment and implementation of marketing automation across multiple channels.
• Track and analyze digital, email and direct mail KPI?s.
• Monitor web traffic, performance and capacity to identify marketing opportunities.
• Support development and execution of paid digital media (Display, Google AdWords, Facebook and Instagram ads, etc.).
• Web content updates, upgrades and maintenance to KOMPAN Americas website.
• Perform updates to online digital catalogs assisting with uploading and managing content.
• Execute a social media strategy on platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and Twitter to keep KOMPAN relevant to our customers.
• Design and implementation of KOMPAN?s social media strategy in North America, including brainstorming new tactics to engage with customers.
• Ensure a consistent brand presence across digital technologies.
• Continuously collaborate with the team to review and analyze activities and processes to refine the marketing mix.
• Monitor competitor marketing efforts and industry trends to take appropriate preemptive and responsive action.
• Optimize campaigns with frequent multi-variant testing including subject lines, copy and creative across channels.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and consistency with all communications to recipients.
