Job Overview

Komatsu are seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join our Finance team located at Moss Vale . This position will report to the Accounting Manager, interacting with Managers across all Business Units with the aim of understanding cost and revenue drivers. In addition, focus will be on delivering month end reports with value added analysis. Key Job Responsibilities

Preparation of monthly management reports, tracking financial performance against budget

Play a key role in preparation of forecasts and budgets, liaising with senior management

Analysing trends and financial performance across business units

Provide the Finance resource for major equipment supply projects, including invoicing, reconciliations and contract review

Engage with the Finance team and broader business to ensure effective delivery of financial outcomes

Taking part in systems and process improvement initiatives

Provide the Finance resource for the enterprise bargaining negotiations where required

Ownership of assigned account reconciliations to be performed on a monthly basis.

Qualifications/Requirements

Degree in Accounting

3 years minimum experience, ideally in a similar role or industry

Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, with sound working knowledge of other MS Office applications

Well-developed communication skills, both written and verbal.
