Komatsu Finance is the captive vendor finance company of Komatsu, a leading manufacturer of earthmoving equipment that is currently enjoying significant market activity despite the economic climate. Komatsu Finance’s purpose is to assist Komatsu customers fund the purchase of new and used Komatsu equipment within Australia and New Zealand, through the provision of financial services.

The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Operations Administrator to join Komatsu Finance team at our Head Office in Fairfield NSW.

Reporting to the Credit and Compliance Officer, the role will provide administrative and organisational support as well as perform regulatory compliance checks for AML/CTF, processing & managing PPSR registrations, and compiling monthly and quarterly Excel based reports.

The knowledge, skills and abilities we’re looking for:

• Ability to effectively manage competing deadlines for projects in a high-pressure work environment, with varying degrees of supervision
• Strong attention to detail and ability to notice discrepancies in data
• Excel skills for preparing monthly reports
• A basic understanding of the Personal Property Security Act (PPSR) and Anti Money Laundering Act (AML) is desirable but not essential;
• Background in banking or finance industry would be beneficial but not essential.
• Qualification in finance, accounting, or other business-related fields desirable but not essential.
• All operational roles are to be completed in a timely manner.
