Komatsu Australia Hiring for Customer Support Representative/Store Person Full Time

The Opportunity:

The primary purpose of a Customer Support Representative/Store Person is to support the Komatsu Emerald team through day to day warehouse and Customer Support functions to provide the best possible support to our valued customers.

Salary/Wage Band: $60,000.00 per annum

Roster: Monday to Friday

Role Located: Emerald

Your Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Experience in parts operation / interpretation or warehouse environment in the construction or mining equipment Industry (desirable).
• Understanding of Inventory Management Systems and Inventory Management principles (desirable).
• Demonstrated ability to work as an active team member and without supervision.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Flexibility to work the hours required to meet the needs of the business
• Current car licence
• Forklift licence (desirable)
• Commitment to the principles of Occupational Health, Safety & Environment compliance.
• Experience working with set performance measures and defined KPI’s.
