The Kolmeo Talent Partner builds and drives successful business partnerships with hiring managers and provides guidance and assistance to the business on a range of recruitment and onboarding policies, programs and practices. They provide expert advice on a range of talent solutions, whilst utilising sourcing techniques to continually improve quality of hire and experience.

This role is responsible for growing Kolmeo’s employer brand and works closely with the People Experience Coordinator to provide new team members with a great on-boarding experience.

• Providing services covering specific areas of recruitment. Including organisational resourcing needs analysis, recruitment market trends analysis, candidate selection, vendor management, analysis of recruitment metrics and/or other recruitment services

• Providing interpretation and counsel to hiring managers regarding recruitment policies, programs, and practices

• Researching recruitment issues and developing recommendations to resolve

• Identifying, developing, and implementing new recruitment policies, practices and programs to meet business needs

• Continuing to develop and improve our recruitment and onboarding candidate experience.

• Working closely with the People Experience Coordinator to ensure the Kolmeo Talent (both current and future) have a great experience

• Building the Kolmeo employer brand, developing and implementing our presence in the Melbourne Tech market.
