Property management gets a bad rap. There are some big, juicy problems that need to be solved to make things easier and fairer for everyone involved. So, here’s the low down.

As a Kolmean (that’s what we call our team members), you’ll have both a job title, like Front End Software Engineer, and a squad. Together, you’ll tackle spicy challenges, like how to streamline payments between tenants and owners, for example. Or how to save property managers time in their day-to-day tasks using AI. You’ll have tasks that you’re responsible for on your own, as well as tasks you’ll contribute to as part of larger company-wide projects.

Here’s what we’re looking for

Kolmeo is on the hunt for a Front-End Software Engineer to support Kolmeo’s property manager mobile experience. As a superstar within the Engineering team, you’ll work alongside the Lead Front End Engineer to write beautiful and reusable code that is maintainable and well tested. You will be supporting the Property manager app (Pro) squad, so we can develop everyday tools to help property managers complete their tasks for efficiently while on-the-go, and provide tools to enable rental inspections as part of a single integrated property management platform.

A day in the life of a Kolmeo Front End Software Engineer

• Work as part of the team to develop a product our customers love
• Collaborate with the Product team to develop patterns and processes that our customers will love
• Write beautiful code that is maintainable and well tested
• Follow relevant technical strategies, policies, standards and practices

To hit this job out of the park, you MUST have:

• Experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, BitBucket)
• Desire to learn, develop and problem solve
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Attention to detail
• Experience using React and React Native
