Koinly Hiring for Head of Talent – Crypto Startup Job at London, England Full Time

About Us

We are an early-stage start-up, based in London, with a solid product-market fit, impressive growth rates and a user base spread across the US, Europe and Australia.

Founded in 2018, Koinly is today used by thousands of cryptocurrency investors, accountants and blockchain businesses and is also the preferred tax partner for a number of leading cryptocurrency exchanges. We are building tools to enable the widespread adoption of cryptocurrency by automating the regulatory hurdles of tax compliance and asset tracking.

The Role

We are looking for an exceptional Head of Talent to join and build not only the talent in our organisation but our growing talent function. As a high growth start-up, we need a leader with experience in setting up talent functions, with demonstrable performance in delivering high pressure recruitment goals.

Responsibilities

• Devise and deploy a global talent strategy and engine to execute on Koinly’s hiring plan
• Work closely with the People team to develop Koinly’s employer branding strategy in order to attract top global talent
• Grow the permanent talent team to create an established, successful team that you will manage and coach to deliver on rapid growth deliverables
• Advise on and consistently improve upon best practice and talent processes to provide a seamless candidate experience
• Identify and utilise insight from key data to drive improvements in the talent process aswell as building our Diversity and Inclusion strategy
• Managing our existing RPO and external agencies to ensure the most efficient delivery in growing talent
• Upskill the whole interviewing team to be able to hire better suited candidates, faster, whilst reducing bias and ensuring time is not wasted on excessive calibration
• Improve employer brand awareness and affinity with the wider employer value proposition externally to attract candidates aligned with our needs
• Create a clear, unified process, with best practice use of software
• Ensure the company is able to hire a diverse set of candidates, at a level of quality required, whilst ensuring a great experience throughout the process

Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience working in a high-growth start up environment, building a high performing team and creating processes that allow us to attract, secure and retain top talent
• Ideally experience within B2C SaaS, Fintech or Crypto
• Experience working with a leadership team to strategise and align the talent to meet company objectives.
• Experience in global hiring and managing multiple talent partners recruiting across different business areas
• Proven experience working alongside People teams to build a core DnI strategy, encouraging accessibility and inclusivity within the hiring process
• An understanding of the different demands of hiring in different business areas to enable and empower Talent Partners to reach the best talent
• Clear and informative when representing the talent function to the wider organisation, you are the strongest advocate for talent at Koinly
