Lead project management resource for the HR Program team as it relates to store-wide organization projects and business transformations. Identifies complex program management issues; interacts directly with Managers, Directors & VPs across departments and within HR acting as an advocate for the associate experience.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

SUPPORTS BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION AND CHANGE

• Develop and maintains project plans and communication plans for store-wide organization implementations
• Develop implementation deliverables and communications for store-wide organization implementations, business and cultural transformations
• Conduct follow up meetings with Field-HR partners and the business to support evolutions
• Develop deep business acumen and continuously assess external environment and our organization

STORES NON EXEMPT  PROJECT PLANNING AND IMPLEMENTATION

• Act as lead resource for HR Program Team on projects with store-wide organization impact
• Schedules and manages cross functional project meetings and milestone achievement
• Build, develop and grow business relationships vital to project successes
• Ensure subject matter experts are involved in key aspects of all projects.
• Provide recommendations and insights based on analysis to SOE, SSG & HR leadership
• Identify and create project deliverables, tools, resources and communication
• Identify project risks and actively work to resolve project issues with leadership
• Support and coach HR Program Coordinators to ensure project results are achieved
• Support the implementation and adoption of HR related initiatives across the stores organization
• Provide  analysis and support for stores non-exempt workforce with regard to staffing, training & compliance
• Identify high level priorities  and opportunities for  store-wide organization non-exempt workforce

PROCESS IMPROVEMENT AND ALIGNMENT

• Strategizes with leadership and assists in making decisions regarding business initiatives, focuses and priorities
• Proactively develop and refine HR programs
• Develops project approaches across both business and Technology partners
• Recommend critical process improvements and related solutions to improve the associate experience
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project and program management
• Analyze related HR metrics and KPIs, ensuring consistency and proper execution across stores
• Provides feedback on programs and policies/process to business partners
• Serve as a liaison between SOE, SSG and all areas of HR to ensure successful business transformations

SUPPORTS A CULTURE OF ASSOCIATE ENGAGEMENT

• Executes strategies for improving engagement and retention of non-exempt workforce
• Provides guidance, counsel and support of business strategies
• Identifies and informs Managers on opportunities and approaches for alignment
• Advocate and reinforce company values with a focus on associate impact in all project work
• As Lead Advisor resource, provides leadership team with valuable engagement related feedback

QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIRED

• 4+ years of experience in associate relations or HR
• Bachelor degree, with an emphasis on HR or Business
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Conflict management and resolution skills

PREFERRED

• PHR or SPHR
