Kohl’s Hiring for RECRUITMENT MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS ANALYST (REMOTE) at Remote, Wisconsin Full Time

This position is responsible to execute and support recruitment marketing strategies, campaigns, processes and projects that impact the recruitment life cycle while driving consistency, compliance and competitive advantage.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

RECRUITMENT MARKETING

• Execute recruitment marketing advertising for Stores, Logistics and Credit business units
• Coordinate recruitment marketing for critical and hard to hire locations
• Proactively create and share campaign communications and materials with business partners to educate and inform on recruitment process and campaigns
• Develop comprehensive local recruiting marketing and calendar for assigned business
• Creates and maintains recruitment process documents visible to field via myKohls and myHR
• Plans special events, coordinates job fairs, ordering and delivery of job fair materials to all locations
• Collaborates with cross-functional business partners to develop and execute recruiting marketing strategy for advertising campaigns (Branding, Internal Communications, PR, Print, SOE for new stores, etc.)
• Plan and execute weekly social media campaigns on respective channels
• Execute weekly campaign reporting to analyze and recap recruitment marketing effectiveness, budget spend and trends
• Provide weekly campaign updates to ensure Centralized Staffing Team Leaders are educated on recruitment marketing effectiveness
• Monitors under hired locations and proactively works with Centralized Staffing Team and Logistics Coordinators to determine key areas of focus
• Monitors and tracks financial transactions within specific budget accounts, which includes processing vendor invoices, change orders, approving requisitions, allocating funds within budget accounts, and compiling and recording supporting documentation.
• Analyze internal reports against recruitment marketing campaign metrics to determine effectiveness of return on investment, identify process gaps, and recommend opportunities to drive consistency within assigned business unit
• Partners with internal and external recruitment vendors to execute and adjust recruitment marketing advertising and budget

SOCIAL MEDIA AND SOCIAL LISTENING

• Updates and maintains content across job boards and social platforms
• Ensures posts are accurate and aligned with Kohl’s Public Relations standards
• Analyze data and conversations from our social media channels and social listening platform ensuring data quality, consistency, and accuracy
• Work closely with talent branding team on social listening insights to help inform and evaluate key decisions
• Measure campaign activity to understand performance and position and proactively share insights with leadership
• Build out reports including visualizations that are easily consumed and connect social media analysis with business outcomes

VENDOR MANAGEMENT

• Hold vendors accountable to KPIs and SLAs
• Provide recommendations to maximize vendor utilization
• Collaborate with vendors as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIRED

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
• Highly organized, detail oriented
• Self-motivated, strong aptitude for recruiting
• Experience supporting marketing campaigns on recruiting and social media platforms
• Understanding basic mechanisms of paid media in social channels

PREFERRED

•  3+ years recruitment experience
• Stays current with industry specific recruitment practices
• Working knowledge of social analytics and listening platforms with experience using Khoros or similar too
