BUSINESS IMPACT STATEMENT Implements new processes and capabilities. Designs event-level testing. Serves as SME to at least one core Measurement capability. Executes campaign analytics and performs data modeling to gain additional insights. Develops and trains other analysts.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

Measurement: Executes campaigns per testing schedule.

• Design test cells based on test design for intricate tests that may involve static controls or special customer groupings.
• Executes tests; relied upon to make test-specific changes to code. Performs additional ad-hoc analysis that may require data mining/statistical approaches. 
• Prepares insights decks and reports for testing results. Translates non-standard statistical testing results into insights.

Deep Dive Analysis: Leads & Executes research projects.

• Utilizes and adapts existing code to meet analysis needs. Builds new code to solve new and unique problems.
• Uses knowledge of data mining / machine learning to identify insights; may productionalize algorithms.
• Creates testing recaps and prepares visualizations based on recommendations.

Process Improvement: Develops new solutions to enhance team capabilities.

• Leads the development and implementation of scoped process improvements.
• Develops tools and templates that can be further utilized by Measurement processes such as Tableau visualizations and data models using repeatable code structures.

Process Ownership: Serves as SME for core Measurement capabilities.

• Owns the business and technical process behind core Measurement capabilities (e.g. data architecture, strategy briefing, etc).
• Integrates with internal service providers, such as KT, to implement new functionality.
• Develops capability roadmap alongside CRM manager to continuously drive improvements.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or Similar
• 2+ years of experience
• Confident with SQL and advanced excel functions.
• High-level understanding of statistical analysis methods.
• Basic understanding of Data Mining & Machine Learning methodology.
• Experience with an object-oriented programming language (R, Python, C++, Java, etc.). Ability to write functions and end-to-end programs.
• Experience working with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI). Advanced understanding of data visualization practices (when to use what type of chart).
• Experience working within a marketing and/or analytics organization.

Preferred

• Master’s degree
• Experience developing production-level Machine Learning / statistical algorithms.
• Advanced knowledge in statistical analysis.
