Supports HR Programs, builds reports and tools to improve process efficiency, measure program effectiveness and provide insights and predictive capabilities to the business.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
COLLECT DATA ON TRENDS AND BEST PRACTICES
Aggregates reports from multiple systems and effectively displays results leveraging technology for a dashboard type experience
Identifies best practices for gathering data in order to ensure an accurate and repeatable processÂ
Collects data to be later analyzedÂ
Creates business specific reporting to support trend analysis
Review existing reports and validate the need for existing and new reports
PROVIDE AD HOC REPORTING AND ANALYSIS TO SUPPORT STRATEGIC OPERATIONS AND INFORM BUSINESS DECISIONS
Assists in data cleaning and establishing consistent process for using data and data definitions
Administration of reporting request intake process that ensures system compliance is met
Responds to requests/discovery requests from Legal, Finance, SOE and HR Representatives
HR PROGRAM MANAGEMENT SUPPORT TO INSURE CONSISTENT SUCCESS OF PROCESSES, PROCEDURES AND VARIOUS INITIATIVES
Assists with various system administration tasks including daily adjustments, system maintenance and testing support
Monitors and measures program processes and procedures to validate effectiveness against program goals. Identify inefficiencies, gaps and other potential opportunities for improvementÂ
Executes communication plans for changes related to systems, processes and compliance/legal requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED
Excellent analytical and technical skills with a high attention to detail and accuracy; demonstrated strength in problem-solving and multitasking
Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Experience developing data related presentations/tools that can be easily understood and used by end-users
Strong problem-solving and solution-seeking ability
PREFERRED
Working knowledge of HR systems such as Kronos, Workday HCM or content management systems
Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Visier, etc)
Bachelor’s Degree or related experience
Strong Communication skills across multiple channels
