Kohler Co. is hiring a part-time Senior
Administrative Assistant, a newly created professional level opportunity in support of Kohler Co.’s Chair & Chief Executive Officer. With strong capabilities in
all Microsoft products, including TEAMS and Sharepoint, this individual will
create and manage PowerPoint presentations, assure document libraries are
organized and easily searchable, follow-up on actions/tasks established in
meetings, independently work on projects, and provide general administrative
tasks to drive effectiveness and efficiency within the office. A high level of
accuracy and confidentiality is required. This position
will generally work 20 hours a week with an exceptional opportunity
for scheduling flexibility.

SPECIFIC
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Proactively create meeting agendas, as well as distribution of prep materials for meeting participants or CEO, pulling additional material requested by CEO, assuring Boardvantage tool is being uploaded and managed with accurate materials, actioning item distribution following meeting conclusion, and ordering food and beverage accommodations for meetings and other preparation items as necessary.
• Provide accurate and timely PowerPoint decks for the CEO. In addition, can construct decks from slides, process edits as requested, coordinate work across team members for presentations, prepare materials for deadlines and possess advanced capabilities in PowerPoint editing and presentation.
• Process and appropriately route telephone calls, interoffice mail, external correspondence, and electronic mail including replying to and creating communications in response to customer inquiries.
• Support quarterly Executive Management executive learning events, collaborating frequently with Kohler’s internal Communications team. Responsibilities could span: Microsoft TEAMS communications, meeting scheduling, technical support for equipment utilized during meetings, Boardvantage expert and owner for room reservations.
• Collaborate and demonstrate flexibility on a regular basis with the lead Sr Executive Assistant to adjust workloads and assure work is completed; function as a resource in facilitating & implementing company procedures (SOP) & guidelines, and miscellaneous questions.
• Assist the lead Sr Executive Assistant in the Executive Office with work overflow and special projects including Personnel ACT checklists, running s, etc.

Skills/Requirements

• High School Diploma is required.
• 3+
  Years Administrative or Project-coordination experience.
• Requires strong computer skills, flexibility, excellent people skills, and the
  ability to work well with all levels of internal and external contacts.
• Individual must be initiative-taking and capable of working
  independently of direct supervision.
• Must be flexible and energetic with a
  passion for problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work
  with multiple priorities and meet deadlines despite frequent interruption.
• Knowledge
  of Microsoft Office software, especially Work, Excel, and PowerPoint are
  essential. Professional communication/interaction skills necessary as well as a
  polished professional appearance. Must be able to work in a high pressure and high-volume
  work environment.
