This role will see you support processes and operations within our Finance Team, through integral administrative responsibilities and reporting.

In this role you’ll be responsible for:

• Lodge and process invoices for payment through SAP
• Accurately performing data entry into Kogan.com systems, coordinating with various Departments to review transactional information
• Liaise with stakeholders regarding invoicing, taking initiative to problem solve and investigate when anomalies arise
• Operate in both FX and domestic currencies
• Review processes, suggest improvements to increase efficiency
• Assist with preparation of the completion of month-end, year-end and half-year activities including banking reconciliations
• Assist leaders within the business with administration duties and tasks as required

To be successful in this role, you should be:

• University Degree qualified in a relevant field (Finance, Accounting, Business or similar)
• Commencement or near completion of your CA/CPA will be highly regarded
• Experienced working in a business and/or Finance setting, including a work placement or internship experience, with an understanding of ways of operating
• Experience with SAP will be highly regarded
• Comfortable building and maintaining effective relationships, through exceptional communication and engagement
• An exceptional problem solver, using your strong attention to detail to maintain data entry and reconciliation accuracy
• Comfortable working within a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Being agile and adaptable is key to success!
• A whiz with Microsoft Excel (we’re talking VLOOKUP and pivot tables, not SUM and AVERAGE – and we will test your capabilities).
• Tech savvy and able to use various IT and cloud-based tools to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Ready to challenge, be challenged, and work within our highly disruptive business model.
