Accepting applications for new trainees for our 2022 season, as well as Experienced guides looking for a new and exciting river to guide! Starting to plan your summer already? well so are we! come join our team, and get paid to do what you love!

 Our professional raft guide training program based out of Buena Vista, Colorado will provide you with a skill-set to last a lifetime and the opportunity to work on 5 different Colorado rivers. If you love the idea of a summer job in the outdoors, this is a great way to experience and learn more about the river, in an individualized student-teacher setting. Intensive instruction in guiding oar and paddle rafts with hands-on practice in a supportive environment is given on a daily basis. Our professional guide trainers will set you up for a successful career as a professional river guide. We consider our staff the “Kodi Family” and that’s exactly what we are…a family that loves to boat!

Guides are paid per trip/hourly plus tips! with up to 3 trips a day!

Our season runs from memorial day till labor day, guides will need to be available until at least August 15th.

Camping in the National Forest is the preferred housing option for most of our 1st-year guides. However, living on the property is limited on a case-by-case basis. KODI does not provide accommodations for your pet. (Dogs are highly discouraged).
