Koch-Glitsch Hiring for Operator, Warehouse at Cypress, TX Full Time

Koch Glitsch is now looking for a Warehouse Operator to participate in our warehouse operations and activities. The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. This role will be responsible for carrying out the logistics of receiving, processing, storing, and sending inventory according to purchase orders and shipping schedules.

Koch Glitsch is a global leader in developing, engineering, designing, and manufacturing a complete line of mass transfer and phase separation technology equipment and associated services for the chemical, petrochemical, refining, and gas processing industries.

Their duties include loading orders onto trucks and shipping containers, organizing incoming stock, and putting the appropriate labels on outgoing parcels.

What You Will Do In Your Role

• Receiving and documenting merchandise for delivery or return
• Keeping an inventory of all merchandise entering or exiting the warehouse
• Identifying any missing, lost, or damaged materials and immediately notify the supervisor
• Ensuring that all the merchandise is safely and securely packed and labeled for shipping
• Managing all product with appropriate care
• Work in a warehouse style environment blended with workstation and warehouse operations.

The Experience You Will Bring
Requirements:

• Knowledge of operating a forklift/Prior forklift experience
• Ability to work independently and safely
• Work in a non-climate controlled warehouse
• Must have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship

What Will Put You Ahead

• 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of an ERP system
